Blog Post 2

For my website, I decided to create an additional page to provide a space for my personal movie reviews and other reflections. I believed that the blog blog section was beginning to become overcrowded and was in dire need of more organization. Therefore, I decided to use the blog section for only blog post and digital essays, and the additional section for movie reviews and reflections. Essentially, I have two blog pages on my website. As I mentioned previously, an interactive website is an enjoyable website. I attempted to make my site more navigational through a distinct categorization for the type of blog post.

A difficulty that I continue having when making this website is when, and how, to add media. With Wix, not every section can hold an unlimited amount of words, let alone pictures. There are templates for sections to add, but the majority of these templates have certain limitations that do not fall in line with what I want my website to aesthetically look like. In result, I had to add blank sections, then manually drag the text and media files where I wanted. I came to a pause throughout my work because I was not allowed to add anything else to the page. After some trial and error, I was able to add more media by simply adding another section. This made my website more spacious and friendly to navigate. I believe that website design teaches an important lesson; digitally, there are a thousand ways to achieve one goal.
