For my website revision, I choose to change the ascetics on the website a more appealing pallet. The light colors on a blog website did not blend well with me or promote any inclusion of personal stories. Blogs are supposing to be intimate, creatively free. I felt that darker tones complimented this theme. I also added various animations to make navigating the website a bit more enjoyable. Learning how to update this website is a learning process, but I enjoy doing it. I have many ideas for a website of my own. I am a musician, therefore, I want to produce an interactive site for myself that people can visit. This blogging website is like the practice run of that.

Lately, I have had conversations with people discussing topics relevant to this class. I never bring up this discussion, yet somehow people choose to talk to me about the various things wrong with the digital age. Yesterday someone brought up to me intimacy in social media and how bad it's getting. I mentioned the film we watched, Her, and told him that it was a precursor to how reality is going to be. I have also delved into the language in digital media. I’ve been noticing certain patterns and trends in social media when it comes to the things people post, and the language they use when posting.

I have come to this conclusion: social media in the digital age has created a generation of followers, who chose who they want to lead them. I’m not sure if this a good or bad thing, but it has created a lot of irrational behaviors amongst our youth.
